In the process of forming as a nonprofit and obtaining the federal 501(c)(3) exemption (the section of the federal tax code for tax-exempt charities) and the Puerto Rico Treasury Department exemption. In the meantime we operate with a fiscal sponsor.
Form 990
We will publish the most recent Form 990 as soon as it is available.
Internal Revenue Service (IRS) determination letter
The 501(c)(3) determination letter will be published here once we receive it.
Annual report
Our first annual and impact report will be published at the close of the pilot.
Financials
A summary of revenue and expenses, with the program ratio, will be available after the first fiscal close.
Transparency seals
We will pursue the Candid Seal of Transparency and a Charity Navigator rating as soon as we are eligible.
