Founder and Executive Director
An industrial-organizational psychologist with seventeen years in organizational development. She leads the mission, the program design, and the pilot.
Christopher Swenor
Board and technical lead (volunteer)
A technologist and founder. He contributes the software and artificial-intelligence engineering at no compensation. Six companies founded; former Technologist in Residence at Harvard Business School.
Governance
The foundation is formed with a board of at least three independent directors.
We adopt conflict-of-interest, whistleblower, and document-retention policies. We will publish the board composition and the policies once we are formed.
